org) is a residential community for adults 65 and older located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
As a Life Plan Community, Rockhill offers a continuum of care that includes Residential Living, Personal Care for adults who need assistance with daily activities, and Health Care for individuals in need of 24-hour support.

POSITION
Summary:
Plan and implement activities in accordance with a comprehensive assessment to meet the physical, mental, and psychosocial well being, as well as individualized needs and interests of residents/clients.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Ability to interact in collaboration with the Director to plan and schedule a program of individual and group activities based on residents needs and interests.
Ability to independently implement the program of individual and group activities.
Ability to plan and implement reality Orientation on a one to one basis.
Ability to plan, schedule and implement room visits and in-room activities for residents who are unable to leave their rooms.
Ability to maintain an activity attendance record for each resident.
Ability to work with TR Coordinator and Coordinator of Special Events in implementing group outings and trips.
Ability to assist Coordinator of Special Events in planning and implementing large group programs.
Ability to take part in in-service education, conferences and seminars.
Ability to assist TR Coordinator in maintaining an adequate supply of materials to implement individual and group programs.
Ability to observe infection control procedures related to individual and group programs.
Ability to be responsible for the safety of resident s under his/her supervision.
Ability to follow Residents Rights policies at all times.
Ability to assume accountability for data contained in the employees handbook.
Ability to be responsible for the safety of residents under his/her supervision.
Ability to meet at regular intervals with his/her supervisor for the purpose of planning and evaluating program and work performance.
Ability to carry out specific assignments, requests or projects as proposed by his/her Supervisor and Department Head.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
