30pm, hybrid remote work schedule Responsibilities As a Recruiter at Grand View Health, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growing workforce and making a real impact on our success.
The Recruiter will research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
The Recruiter screens potential new hires to ensure that employment criteria are met, presenting qualified candidates to department leadership team.
Essential Functions:
Sources and identifies qualified candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media and networking.
Conducts initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the company culture.
Collaborates with the compensation team during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates and other pertinent details.
Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies.
Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
Builds relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring challenges and staffing needs, creating effective recruitment strategies.
Maintains candidate databases and keeps accurate records of interactions and outcomes.
Qualifications EDUCATION AND
Experience:
High school diploma/GED and over 3 years of recruitment experience required.
Bachelor's degree highly preferred.
