This position requires excellent telephone skills, the ability to adapt to our EMR scheduling program and someone who is very customer service oriented.
You will work within a team environment to deliver a high level of customer service to our patients.
As our first point of contact with patients, we are looking for that someone with a smile in their voice and a calm demeanor.
Responsibilities include scheduling patient appointments, insurance verification, answering and triaging phone calls and maintaining electronic patient records.
Previous experience working with electronic medical records (EMR) would be preferred but not required.
We are not open weekends and we do not work major holidays.
Scheduled hours will range between 8:
00 am and 5:
30 pm Monday through Friday working a total of 40 hours per week for full-time employees.
We do have some flexibility to work with your schedule.
We are looking for someone to work Monday through Friday.
Salary will be hourly and based on prior experience.
After the appropriate waiting periods this position offers paid time off, insurance benefits and participation in the company 401K plan.
