We are looking for candidates who are confident, self motivated, and have a sincere desire to make each guest's stay special.
Overnight shifts are from 10:
30 PM to 7 AM.
Responsibilites:
Answer front desk phone for in-house guest requests and incoming calls; take reservations, help guests, check in latecomers as necessary.
Clean and sanitize hotel common areas and offices.
Print statements for departures, complete end of day paperwork.
Prepare registration cards, vouchers and keycards for the next days guests.
Work on projects requested by marketing department Communicate with incoming housekeeper about anything unusual, special guest requests.
Prepare breakfast orders for hotel guests.
Requirements:
Competence with computer software such as Word, Excel and confidence in learning new software for hotel management Attention to detail Willingness to get a background check Reliable transportation to & from work Customer service experience a plus Perks:
