Our busy Orthopaedic Surgeon's office is seeking a dependable, smiling face to assist patients at our front desk.
This position would be in multiple locations, which includes 40 hrs.
week, and mileage reimbursement.
Responsibilities include checking in and out patients, scheduling patient appointments, answering and triaging phone calls, and other computer related duties in our high volume office.
Our office is open between 8:
00 am and 8:
00 pm - Monday through Thursday and 8:
00 am to 5:
00 pm Friday.
There is some flexibility with hours and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
We are not open on major holidays.
Our ideal candidate would be friendly, kind and patient.
They should be comfortable using computers, professional sounding on the telephone and generally have really great customer service skills.
Experience in medical insurance and EMR a plus but not required.
After the appropriate waiting period this position offers paid time off, holiday pay, and participation in our 401k and profit.
