Account Manager - Hybrid

This position is responsible for verifying client records and pricing are accurate, while addressing client concerns and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing national business accounts in HVAC or related industries.
Please note this is not a management position as you will not be managing others.

Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls and email.
Answer customer questions and provide proactive updates on accounts.
Enter client work orders and maintain them until closed.
Communicate customer billing/invoice adjustments.
Update portals.
Problem-solve any issues.
Coordinate between customer and dispatch.
Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

The base pay for this position ranges from $21 to $22/hour.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
