POSITION
Summary:
Ensuring nutritional adequacy through serving food as indicated on modified diet, as well as providing feedback from residents to Dietician on nutritional problems SPECIFIC DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Ability to follow oral and written directions.
Follows all safety and sanitation rules and regulations.
Promotes clean, safe and neat environment for residents, self and staff.
Demonstrates knowledge of fire safety procedures, and assists with evacuation of residents to a safe location in the event of fire or other emergency.
Maintains confidentiality of residents? personal and medical record information.
Cooperates with staff of other departments in performing job duties.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Ability to assist in preparing and covering food.
Ability to clean work area.
Ability to assist in the proper care and use of kitchen equipment.
Ability to attend in-service training programs for Dining Services employees.
Ability to observe infection control procedures related to the Dining services.
Ability to follow Resident?s Rights policies at all times.
Ability to follow facility safety programs.
Ability to come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrates dependability and punctuality.
Ability to accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner.
Ability to assume accountability for data contained in the employees? handbook.
Ability to employ the following sensory and communicative activities:
feeling, hearing, seeing, smelling, tasting, and reaching, reading, writing, and speaking English.
Ability to function under inside environmental conditions, extreme conditions of heat and cold and chemical hazards.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
