Manage, plan and coordinate the scheduling of work orders daily with the Regional Service Managers, Senior Service Delivery Supervisor, Senior Account Executive and Service Administrative Coordinator.
Works with the Regional Service Managers, Service Deliver Supervisor, Senior Account Executive and Service Administrative Coordinator daily to discuss next business day projects, specifically priority projects, in order to determine what can or cannot be done.
Review customer specific dispatch and work requirements.
Works with Regional Service Managers, Service Delivery Supervisor, Account Executives and Service Administrative Coordinator on daily schedule changes to ensure appropriate prioritization and dispatch of service requests to maximize efficiency, distance and technician technical ability.
Ensure all work orders are properly scheduled and routed within Sampro - Databasics with Regional Service Manager and Service Delivery Supervisor approval for distance, and technical ability.
Ensures the quality, accuracy and timeliness of work performed.
Develops and executes long-term projected schedules and following business day schedules.
Manage and provide reports as needed.
Review reports and evaluate.
Works with Parts Coordinator and Service Administrative Coordinator to ensure effective daily communication as well as to ensure appropriate prioritization and dispatch of service requests.
Monitors call and flow making proactive adjustments to maximize efficiency.
Works with the Service Delivery Supervisor and Senior Account Executive daily to discuss next business day projects, specifically those that are priority projects, in order to determine what can be done and what cannot.
Review customer specific dispatch and work requirements.
Works with the Service Administrative Coordinator to maintain Warranty Part/ Problem Parts Log which tracks wrong parts, returned parts, damaged parts, warranty parts and credits issued.
Updates log as work orders move and tracks parts to ensure they are returned in a timely manner.
Once parts are returned, confirm credit is issued and update log.
If no return is needed, update log.
Update accounting as to end result.
Oversees and works with Service Administrative Coordinator on all work orders assigned to subcontractors including but not limited to providing the subcontractor with the work order, ensuring they have all information and paperwork needed to perform work, checking price, ensure work is completed, and closing the work order and having invoice sent.
Works with Service Administrative Coordinator to execute daily schedule changes.
Works with Service Administrative Coordinator to ensure all work orders are properly assigned, routed and closed out within Sampro - Ensures the quality, accuracy and timeliness of work performed.
Does final review with Service Administrative Coordinator to Verify payroll is correct and complete each week and submit to Human Resources.
Communicate with Management and HR as needed to maximize efficiency and resolve issues.
WHAT SETS YOU APART:
Education:
High School graduate, or GED required.
Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years of service dispatch experience working with requests from business accounts.
Other Requirements:
Must be very organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
Must have extensive computer experience, ability to handle multiple accounts, and strong phone skills.
Must be able to multi-task and be a team player.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, databases.
Alpine Mechanical Services, a Helios company, determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $25 to $26.
44/hour.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
