Responsibilities:
The role requires a flexible, senior engineer who is capable of managing multiple work streams in a fast paced enterprise environment.
Manage and handle customer escalations.
Should be flexible and instrumental in addressing customer expectations in business & non business hours efficiently.
Deploy Network infrastructure and execute services covering the installations, testing, cutover, migration and troubleshooting.
Responsibility for various stages of the network operations and development.
This may include:
design, analysis, configuration, testing and fixing issues with the network infrastructure or application components Responsible for patch management, driving code updates, inventory management.
Should own SLA and customer reporting ( Monthly , quarterly , Annually) as per contract.
To assist in the planning, design, and implementation, of data network projects.
Provide technical support for projects as required Advance trouble shooting on operational issues Configure and utilize a variety of network management tools 1 Fiber re-design; 2 DC modernization and finalization of location; 3 Active components revamp - Servers (Replace 15 old servers in first year) - Network Stack replacement - SAN / NAS replacement and upgrade - Racks ;4 Architecture re-design; 5 Process Definition and Designing; 6 Patching Services and OS upgrades; 7 IT Governance & skill requirement; 8 Active component revamp - Server ( VDI server replacement) - GUP server establishment; 9 EMS- Enterprise monitoring system; 10 Security monitoring and management; 11 DR Architecture options and setup; 12 Voice / Audio solution; 13 Cloud Adoption Strategy and migration; 14 Video conferencing; 15 Ms-office upgrade; 16 Initiative such as IoT, IPv6, Digital and mobility Recommended Skills Architecture I Pv6 Network Administration Problem Solving Stock Control Technical Support Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
