30pm, Monday-Friday Responsibilities The HR Business Partner works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build engagement and increase productivity and retention.
The HR Business Partner provides guidance and coaching to leaders on performance management, improving the work environment and employee relations.
Responsibilities include managing, advising and resolving employee relations cases, as well as employee engagement initiatives, training and development and helping leaders get from where they are to where they want to be.
Qualifications EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar field of study and three to five years of progressive HR experience with at least two years of experience in an employee relations, HR Business Partner or organizational development role.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Proven track record of building strong relationships with business leaders and employees.
Expertise in handling complex employee relations issues and conducting investigations.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication and coaching skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situation with impeccable judgment and discretion.
Ability to think strategically and translate business needs into HR solutions.
Strong facilitation skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
