Physician - Hospital Medicine
ResponsibilitiesOne Full-time day hospital medicine physician - 7 a - 7 p with 7 on/7 off work schedule.
New grads are welcome to apply.
MD/DO family medicine or internal medicine.
BE/BC.
This position is for an independent group but will work exclusively at Grand View Hospital.
This position will not be employed directly by Grand View Hospital.
Medical benefits, flexible spending account, allowance for CME, 401K plan, long term disability insurance, life/accidental death and dismemberment insurance offered.
5 days of sick leave per calendar year.
Compensation includes competitive salary plus bonus.
QualificationsEDUCATION AND
Experience:
Doctor of Medicine required SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Demonstrated analytical skills, required- Demonstrated problem solving skills, required- Ability to listen to others, required- Strong verbal communication and listening skills, required- Effective interpersonal skills, required- Ability to maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality, required- Builds and manages effective teams, required- Effective leadership skills, required- Instills commitment to organizational goals, required- Ability to make and implement decisions, required- Service-oriented, required- Competency in the use of a variety of computer hardware and software systems, required Meditech EMR experience a plus but will train.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:
Physician - Licensed, Upon hire, required.
